Test Brew Two

We've always wanted to make a Scottish Ale, and there's no day like today!  Plus Roger Roger is getting antsy, he doesn't like to sit still for too long.  After working out most of Roger's kinks last week, brewing went much smoother (and faster) than the first time. 

As with all new recipes, we're not exactly sure how its going to turn out, but the smell in the brewery was delicious!  This brew combines maris otter and smoked whisky malt to create slightly sweet flavors of caramel and toffee.  [Unnamed Scottish Ale] will be perfect at summer barbecues with its refreshing light-medium body and smoked aroma.
